I have been creating visual journals and altered books as well as teaching about the creative process for over 8 years. I typically start with a background layer in acrylic paint, stamping and collage. Images, words and other multi-media techniques add additional interest. Embellishments are often added to finish the page. I create many of my own decorative papers and stamps to use in my journals. These are just a few of my newer pages. Enjoy!
